Who Pays for What?

As soon as your engagement has been announced, family and friends will all begin to discuss various aspects of the wedding, including "who pays for what?". Many people feel stress and pressure, but it doesn't have to be that way.

Who pays for what greatly depends on your customs, traditions, budgets, your age, and the wishes of everyone involved. Although there is no set standard, there are "traditional" ways to break down the costs associated with a wedding. No matter how you end up dividing up the costs associated with your big day, be sure that everyone knows their financial roles and responsibilities. Make sure people are on top of deposits, and balance due dates when booking any services.

We have prepared a chart below to help guide you, your family, and your friends.
